We joined the Australian Catholic Religious Against Trafficking in Humans on October 14 in a day to inspire and empower young women. The day, titled, ‘Becoming the Woman I want to be’ saw students from Holroyd High School and Cerdon College come together to learn about human rights and discuss them in the context of Forced Marriage. Students had the opportunity to imagine their life in the future and be equipped with tools to advocate for their own rights.
